Do you offer a discount if I get my neighbors to sign up?

Absolutely!!!! We offer neighborhood discounts when we clean windows and gutters for three or more homes scheduled as a group.  Also keep in mind that the more homes that participate, the greater the discount.  We extend a discount to everyone involved.

I want to use your service, but I work full-time, can you accommodate me?

Yes, the typical home takes us about 2-4 hours to complete. We can arrive as early as 7:00 AM.  We also pride ourselves on a committed schedule with a 2-hour window of arrival allowing you to make solid arrangements for your day.  With today’s busy schedules, this is a must.

How far in advance should I call for a future appointment?

Peak seasons, along with the major US Holidays fill up fairly quickly but we do our best to accommodate and somehow always do, but it’s always best to call ahead 2-3 weeks.

I have never had my windows cleaned professionally how do I proceed?

For new customers, we will have a Superior Services representative come visit and evaluate your home.  This usually takes about 15 minutes.  Often times everything needed can be evaluated from the exterior of your home. In most cases, you don’t even need to be home unless you want to be.  A written estimate will be provided via email.  We can then get you scheduled right away.

How often do most people have their windows cleaned?

We suggest that a new customer has us clean all of their windows INSIDE and OUT, at least the first time. We recommend an exterior window cleaning 2-4 times yearly, while interior windows 1-2 times yearly. Exterior skylights should also be done 1-2 times yearly, interiors every year or two, depending on where they are located in the house.

I’m concerned about getting my windows cleaned if rain is in the forecast?

Clean windows stay clean after a rainy day. Rain doesn’t make windows dirty…dirt does!

Rain is one of the purest forms of water and once it dries, nothing is left behind to obscure your view. Unless the window has not been cleaned recently, then you will see where rain has streaked through the dirt accumulations.

What makes my windows dirty?

Inside your home, airborne dust from heating and cooling systems, children and pet smudges, along with cooking contaminants slowly but surely form a thin layer of haze on your window surfaces.

Outside your home, contaminants that are blown in the wind such as dirt and dust, automotive exhaust, bird droppings, tree pollen and other airborne pollutants ruin your view.  While we can clean staining from most glass surfaces, long-term neglect can cause irreversible damage to seals and frames.

I have several windows with fog or moisture inside the glass, how did this happen; can you clean it out?

This is referred to as a broken seal or insulated glass failure. Unfortunately, the window is defective and it is impossible for us to get inside the sealed window to clear the fog and moisture.  Replacement is the only option at this point. Refer to your warranty information. Reputable providers of quality glass will stand behind their products. Millard, for example, WILL replace free of charge for life.

My windows are treated with 3M window tinting, how do you handle these?

If you have tinted windows please be sure to inform us when scheduling. Tinted windows should never be scraped with a razor blade. Also, abrasives or ammonia-based cleaners like Windex should never be used. Don’t worry, we have experience and have the proper solutions and methods to safely and effectively clean this glass.

Do you clean mirrors or chandeliers? What else can you do for my home?

We always strive to please and accommodate our customers. We clean mirrors, chandeliers, change light bulbs, change batteries in smoke detectors, knock down cobwebs along with other tasks that require difficult access.  Just ask.

Are you insured?

YES. Not only are we insured, MORE IMPORTANTLY, we are careful, considerate, and always pay close attention to our surroundings. Whether it is intricate interior work, to maneuvering carefully through flower beds and gardens we always have a watchful eye.
